Product Overview

 

The MOEORW-WEH103 automatic water-soluble acid value tester is developed in accordance with GB/T 7598-2008 Standard Test Method for Water-Soluble Acidity of In-Service Transformer Oils. Controlled by microprocessor and equipped with a large LCD screen, the unit automatically completes heating, constant temperature incubation, oscillation, liquid sampling, pH measurement, pipeline cleaning and report printing. It supports simultaneous testing of 1–3 samples to shorten analysis cycle. A built-in USB port enables data communication with external computers for data export and storage.

FAQ

 

Q1: Air bubbles remain in indicator pipelines before testing, how to solve?

A1: Place waste cup at No.1 position, enter Indicator Exhaust interface and run exhaust procedure for corresponding indicator until liquid flows out stably, then replace with clean test cup.

Q2: Instrument reports alarm after testing, what's the operation?

A2: The selected indicator fails detection; replace empty cup at the prompted position and restart test with the alternative indicator.

Q3: How to maintain the instrument after long-term idle state?

A3: Replace sample flasks with anhydrous ethanol and run full-channel system cleaning; replace indicator working caps with sealed caps and store indicators in cool dark environment.

Q4: Test results show unstable pH values, possible causes?

A4: Check three points: conical flask not fully clamped; sampling tube not immersed at flask bottom; containers contaminated with non-neutral residual liquid.

Q5: Is calibration operation available for daily users?

A5: Calibration interface requires factory exclusive password; unauthorized parameter input will cause measurement inaccuracy, contact manufacturer for calibration service.
