The MOEORW-WEP75 is a gas chromatograph specifically designed for transformer oil , enabling precise detection of dissolved gas components in insulating oil.

EPC/EPC offers precise gas path temperature control, compatibility with multiple detectors, remote Ethernet control, and stable and efficient analysis.

It is suitable for component analysis in multiple fields such as power, petrochemical, environmental monitoring, industrial quality control and scientific research laboratories.

 

Product Introduction

 

Gas chromatography is a technique for separating and analyzing multi-component mixtures. It mainly utilizes the differences in boiling point, polarity, and adsorption coefficient of the components in a sample within the chromatographic column to separate the components and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on the separated components.

Transformer oil analysis gas chromatographs use gas as the mobile phase (carrier gas). When the sample is fed into the injector and vaporized, it is carried by the carrier gas into a packed column or capillary column. Due to the differences in boiling point, polarity, and adsorption coefficient of each component in the sample, the components are separated in the column. Then, the detector connected to the column detects each component in sequence according to its physicochemical properties. Finally, the data is sent to a chromatography workstation via network. The chromatography workstation records and analyzes the gas chromatograms of each component to obtain an analysis report.

★ The instrument is equipped with advanced electronic flow control unit (EFC) and electronic pressure control unit (EPC) to realize digital control of the gas path, which greatly improves the stability of the instrument and the reproducibility of the analysis results;

★ The chromatograph has a built-in low-noise, high-resolution 24-bit AD circuit and features baseline storage and baseline subtraction functions.
