As important parameters of transformer condition, transformer oil testing items such as oil dielectric loss and oil chromatography analysis have become the main means of monitoring transformer operating conditions during condition-based maintenance because they can be sampled and tested while the transformer is in operation.
For many years, transformer oil sampling bottles and laboratory instruments such as syringes used for dielectric loss testing have been cleaned by hand. Because oil sample bottles require a high degree of cleanliness, are numerous, and are difficult to clean due to heavy oil contamination, manual cleaning is labor-intensive, time-consuming, and involves contact with various solvents, cleaning agents, and other harmful chemicals, causing harm to human health. With the increasing implementation of "condition-based maintenance," transformer oil sampling is becoming more frequent and in larger quantities, making this problem even more prominent.
To free laboratory personnel from harmful cleaning work while ensuring the cleaning quality of oil sample bottles, our company has developed the MEKXQ-1901C ultrasonic cleaner . The cleaner operates in a fully automatic mode, ensuring that oil sample bottles and other laboratory instruments reach a cleanliness level.
To facilitate the oil sample testing process, dedicated labels were provided for the glassware. This avoids the need for repeated label removal, saving time and effort.

Product features and applications
1. The cleaning machine is fully automated throughout the entire process, from spraying and rinsing, ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing with tap water, rinsing with purified water to drying.
2. The use of ultrasonic cleaning technology ensures that the inside and outside of the vessel being cleaned, as well as the hard-to-reach areas, are thoroughly cleaned, guaranteeing the cleaning quality and achieving the "five no's" standard: no oil, no detergent residue, no scale, no solid particles, and no water droplets.
3. The cleaning machine uses environmentally friendly special cleaning agents, which do not cause pollution to the environment. At the same time, the cleaning solution is recycled and reused, reducing operating costs and emissions.
4. The cleaning machine adopts a 7-inch color LCD display and touch screen control with a user-friendly interface. Cleaning parameters can be set arbitrarily, and the cleaning process is displayed in animation, making it easy to keep track of the cleaning status in a timely manner.
5. The cleaning program can be preset to three cleaning modes: "Standard", "Light Oil Stain" and "Heavy Oil Stain". Each cleaning process can also be adjusted and set according to the actual situation, so as to ensure the cleaning quality while saving time, water and electricity.
6. Washable oil sample bottles include 500mL wide-mouth bottles, 125mL reagent bottles, and 100mL syringes, etc. Other special shapes can be customized.
7. Each vessel is equipped with a dedicated label, which is attached to the vessel with plastic straps. This label can be easily removed during washing to prevent paper scraps from clogging the pipes.
