Product Introduction
The MOEORW- W 8050W current transformer field tester employs the internationally recognized and most advanced load current extrapolation method, which boasts the highest reliability and anti-interference capability among extrapolation methods. Utilizing high-power automatic source and electronic load box technology, it can directly measure the error of small-ratio transformers, and extrapolate the error of large-ratio transformers using current data below 20%. It can also accurately determine the magnetic margin of the current transformer (CT). Internal standards, calibrators, and load boxes are traceable, making it an ideal field test tool for current transformer errors and magnetic margins in the power sector. Feedback from numerous users confirms its excellent error accuracy and anti-interference performance.
This instrument uses a large-screen grayscale LCD display with a resolution of 640*480, which provides clear display, a user-friendly interface, and convenient operation. Errors at various points can be displayed on the same screen, and all operations can be easily completed.

Product features and applications
1) The error curve of the current transformer is extrapolated using the load error method.
2) For CT scans of 500A and above, 20% or less use the traditional differential measurement method.
3) For a CT with a secondary current of 1A and a load of 30VA or more, the traditional differential measurement method is used for 20% and below .
4) It can ensure good test accuracy under complex electromagnetic interference conditions.
5) It can accurately test nonlinearly compensated through-hole type small current transformers. For transformers below 500A, the traditional differential measurement method can be used directly.
6) Test range 5-5000/1A, 5A, standard ratio automatic switching, test process is fully automatic.
7) The current transformer with an unknown ratio can automatically test the ratio.
8) It can automatically test the actual load of the current transformer.
9) The secondary load of the current transformer under test is 1-60VA, and any volt-ampere value can be input . The power factor must be greater than 0.5.
10) The overall test uncertainty reaches: ratio error 0.05% and angle error 2 minutes, which is suitable for on-site verification of current transformers of 0.2S class and below.
11) The magnetic margin of the current transformer can be tested according to the provisions of JJG1021-2007, which is 150%.
12) It can automatically demagnetize current transformers.
13) The built-in current transformer calibrator (level 2), current load box (level 3), and standard current transformer (level 0.05S) can be used for metering transfer independently.
14) The automatic current booster power source can reach up to 3kVA.
15) It can store massive amounts of error data and has a dedicated interface to download data directly to a PC, or download data to a USB flash drive via the USB interface on this device.
