MOEORW-W8330B Instrument Transformer Comprehensive Tester

MOEORW-W8330B The CT PT Test Set has a built-in high-capacity lithium battery, which can complete the field testing of CT/PT without the need for an external power supply, making it an ideal device for field testing of instrument transformers.

• It has comprehensive functions, which can meet the testing requirements of various CTs ( such as protection, metering and TP types) for excitation characteristics (i.e. volt-ampere characteristics), turns ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, ratio difference and angle difference, etc., and can also be used for testing the excitation characteristics, turns ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance and ratio difference of various PT electromagnetic units.
• The instrument has a built-in lithium battery, eliminating the need for an AC power supply. With just one wiring connection, it can complete the tests of DC resistance, excitation characteristics, turns ratio polarity, and phase angle difference ratio of current transformers, greatly reducing workload, improving work efficiency, and facilitating on-site verification of current transformers.
• A full charge allows for testing of hundreds of CT windings, and testing can also be performed while charging.
• Based on the advanced frequency conversion method, the volt-ampere characteristic curve and error curve of CT/PT are tested, which meets the requirements of CT testing with inflection point as high as 60KV.
• The voltage method is used for ratio testing, which can perform field testing of 0.2S class current transformers. The CT/PT ratio measurement range is 1~40000.
• Automatically provides CT and PT performance parameters such as inflection point voltage / current, 10% (5%) error curve, accuracy limit factor (ALF), instrument safety factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts) , remanence factor (Kr) , and saturated and unsaturated inductance.
• The test complies with various instrument transformer standards such as GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847 (IEC60044-6), and GB1207, and automatically selects the appropriate standard for testing based on the instrument transformer type and level.
• The test is simple and convenient, and the CT DC resistance, excitation, turns ratio and polarity test can be completed with one click. The test is fast (typically < 1 minute).
• The all- English dynamic graphical interface allows for wiring and parameter setting without referring to the instruction manual: it dynamically displays parameter settings, automatically showing relevant parameters based on the currently selected test item; it also dynamically displays help wiring diagrams, showing the corresponding wiring diagrams based on the currently selected test item.
• The 5.7-inch graphic transflective LCD is clearly visible even in sunlight.
• It uses a rotating optical mouse for operation, which is simple, quick, convenient, and easy to master.
• The panel has a built-in printer that can automatically print the generated test reports.
• Test results can be exported to a USB drive, and the program can be upgraded using a USB drive, which is convenient and fast.
