Fully Automatic Transformer Calibration Bench
Product Introduction
The instrument transformer calibration system is a new-generation device developed by our company to meet the demands of rapid and precise modern calibration. It consists of an instrument transformer calibrator, voltage/current load box, electronic source controller, and computer. Operators can use the transformer error calibration management software on the computer to set key parameters such as the type of transformer under test, measurement range, accuracy class, secondary load, power factor, and the position of the transformer being tested. Through RS485 transmission and control, the entire test process takes only 30 to 60 seconds, achieving truly rapid calibration and significantly improving work efficiency.

3.2.4 Polarity error indication |
When the error exceeds 180% at 5% or more of the rated operating current (voltage), a polarity error indication is provided. |

Product feature and application
1. This device features three testing modes: online automatic, standalone automatic, and standalone manual.
2. Equipped with an RS485 communication port, it delivers stable signals with strong anti-interference capabilities.
3. The device employs the latest integrated programmable electronic voltage regulation, delivering rapid voltage increases with high accuracy. This overcomes the drawbacks of traditional electromechanical voltage regulators, such as high noise levels and mechanical wear.
4. The integrated programmable electronic source synchronously displays output working voltage, current, frequency, and power factor, and is equipped with a reset button.
5. Voltage and current load box settings are switched via programmable control, eliminating the need for manual gear changes.
6. Equipped with LED indicators for intuitive identification of tested transformer types (CT/PT).
7. Features comprehensive protection functions including overcurrent/overvoltage protection, polarity error detection, and signal fault indication.
