HV Dielectric Loss Tester For Cable

The MOEORW-W902B is a high-voltage, high-precision, wireless, portable dielectric loss and capacitance tester designed for insulation testing of cables and high-capacity test specimens. The instrument employs digital waveform analysis and bridge self-calibration technology, incorporates a built-in SF6 high-voltage standard capacitor, supports series/parallel dual measurement models, and can perform 0.5kV–160kV high-voltage tests with a series resonant power supply. The main unit and controller communicate wirelessly, and the instrument features a 7-inch touchscreen operation. Dual battery power eliminates the need for an external power source, and data can be stored and exported to a USB flash drive/computer. It is widely used in power field, substation, and laboratory applications for precise measurement of dielectric loss (tgδ) and capacitance (Cx), ensuring the insulation safety of high-voltage equipment.

9. The altitude for capacitor installation and operation shall not exceed 1000 meters, the ambient air temperature shall be -10 ℃ to 40 ℃, and the relative humidity shall not exceed 70% .

The input resistance for all measurement ranges is less than 2 Ω, eliminating the influence of additional capacitance from the measurement cable.

3. It can use a high-voltage power supply provided by series resonance, without the need for a fixed frequency. It has built-in two dielectric loss measurement models, series and parallel, to facilitate instrument calibration.
4. It has a standard current input channel, allowing for dielectric loss testing using an external standard capacitor. The dielectric loss bridge can also be calibrated in the laboratory.
5. The controller communicates wirelessly with the high-voltage bridge, which allows for long-distance transmission, is safe and reliable, and is easy to control.
6. The controller features a 7- inch color screen display, touchscreen input, and a USB flash drive interface.
7. The controller has unlimited data storage. Data can be exported via USB flash drive for computer data analysis.
8. The high-voltage bridge and controller have built-in rechargeable batteries, so no power supply is required during operation.
