It performs dielectric loss testing under external high-voltage application environments utilizing external high-power test transformers or series resonance devices. The instrument consists of a handheld terminal and a test host. Communication between the handheld terminal and test host utilizes 2.4 GHz wireless technology. It supports both forward and reverse connection testing methods, with current measurement ranges for both methods spanning an exceptionally wide range of 2 μA to 15 A. The device automatically adapts to measure externally applied high voltages at different frequencies, covering a range from 30 Hz to 300 Hz.
