- The rated capacity of various oil immersed, dry-type distribution transformers and power transformers can be measured on site.
- The three-phase inverter scheme of DAC + power operational amplifier automatically generates three-phase high-power test power supply, and the test data is more accurate.
- The built-in large capacity lithium polymer battery can test the rated capacity of the transformer without additional power supply.
- Support . According to the no-load and load losses in the test results, it can be judged that the energy efficiency codes of oil immersed and dry-type transformers include but are not limited to "S20, SBH21, S22, SBH25", "SCBH17, SCB18, SCBH19".
- Combined with external power supply, voltage regulation, boost and current rise and other equipment, it can measure the characteristic data of no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage, load loss and so on.
- All voltage, current, active power and other data are calculated by true effective value (t-rms). According to the needs of no-load loss, the average effective value (avg-rms) of line voltage is also calculated to ensure that the test data is accurate and free from power harmonic interference.
- All test results are automatically corrected. You only need to input relevant parameters (such as temperature, no-load correction coefficient, etc.), and the instrument can automatically carry out various corrections, such as waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, non rated voltage correction, non rated current correction and so on, so as to improve the accuracy of test results.
- In the measurement of transformer characteristics, the maximum range of voltage can reach 750V, the maximum range of current can reach 100A, and there is a protection circuit inside. The measurement accuracy can be ensured without changing gears during measurement, and there is no need to worry about burning the instrument due to wrong gear selection.
- During the transformer characteristic test, the voltage and current range can be expanded flexibly and simply by simply connecting external voltage transformer and current transformer, which greatly widens the test range of the instrument.
