Product Introduction
The MOEORW- W4700C+ dielectric loss tester is a high-precision instrument for testing the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment in power plants, substations, and other field or laboratory settings. The instrument features an integrated design, incorporating a dielectric loss test bridge, a variable frequency and voltage power supply, a step-up transformer, and SF6 high-stability standard capacitors. The high-voltage source is generated by the instrument's internal inverter and stepped up by the transformer before being used for testing the test object. The frequency can be varied to 45.0 Hz, 50.0 Hz , 55.0 Hz , 47.5Hz/52.5Hz , 45.0 Hz / 55.0 Hz , 60.0 Hz, 65.0 Hz, 57.5Hz/62.5Hz, 55.0 Hz/65.0 Hz . It employs digital notch filtering technology to avoid interference from the power frequency electric field, fundamentally solving the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. It is also suitable for testing applications powered by a generator after a complete power outage. This instrument can be used in conjunction with an insulating oil cup and a temperature control device to test the dielectric loss of insulating oil.

Multiple test modes
The instrument can perform tests using various methods, including internal high voltage, external high voltage, internal standard, external standard, positive connection method, reverse connection method, and self-excitation method. The instrument can measure the dielectric loss and capacitance values of C0 at the upper end of the CVT using the reverse shielding method.

The inverter and sampling circuit inside the instrument are all digitally controlled, and the output voltage is continuously adjustable.

The instrument is equipped with multiple protection measures, including protection against input voltage fluctuations, high-voltage current, output short circuits, power failures, overvoltage, overcurrent, and temperature fluctuations, ensuring its safety and reliability. It also features a grounding detection function to ensure that ungrounded equipment is not allowed to be operated or started for testing. An alarm function is also available to prevent damage to the instrument in case of accidental connection to a 380V power supply.

This instrument can also test the dielectric loss and capacitance of fully sealed CVT (capacitive voltage transformer) C1 and C2, enabling simultaneous testing of C1 and C2. It can also test the CVT turning ratio and voltage angle difference.
