The MOEORW-W5180 switch contact pressure tester (or contact pressure gauge/switch)is a smart pressure tester specifically designed for power distribution network contact points. It accurately measures contact pressure, overcomes the limitations of circuit resistance measurement, is compatible with multiple contact specifications, and is easy to operate.
It is widely used in the maintenance, commissioning and acceptance of high-voltage circuit breakers and disconnectors in power systems to ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment.
Product Introduction
Distribution network plum blossom contact circuit breakers are commonly used high-voltage switchgear. Because they operate in enclosed cabinets, direct monitoring is difficult. The contact springs are prone to heat annealing, leading to pressure drop, a vicious cycle of overheating, and even burn-out accidents. During maintenance, simply replacing failed springs or checking circuit resistance cannot accurately determine the contact status of the contact fingers. The circuit resistance margin is large and cannot reflect changes in contact resistance and differences in contact finger pressure, easily causing poor contact and overheating.
To address this issue, our company developed a dedicated intelligent plum blossom contact pressure tester. By inserting a fixed-distance sensor into the stationary contact, the tester can display and memorize the contact pressure of the finger. The test is accurate, easy to operate, and has good repeatability, effectively solving the problem of on-site plum blossom contact pressure detection.
