Product Introduction
During handover and preventive testing of electrical equipment, low-voltage circuit breaker tests typically include mechanical characteristic testing and loop resistance testing. To complete these tasks, two sets of equipment are usually required. Even for the few devices that support both functions, they often only perform single-phase loop resistance testing at a time, involving cumbersome wiring and operation that hinders efficiency.
Our design team, drawing on years of field experience, fully understands these practical challenges. Through hardware design and software optimization, we have developed a targeted solution. While retaining the capability for single-function testing, we innovatively introduced an intelligent testing mode. This mode not only meets on-site testing requirements but also significantly simplifies wiring and operation. Enhanced with real-time voice prompts and wireless control via smart devices, it makes the testing process more streamlined, convenient, and efficient.

The incremental rotary sensor enables direction-independent installation, featuring a dedicated plum-blossom connector for simplified and stable mounting.
◆Features a dedicated 10kV circuit breaker aviation connector for rapid, secure, and reliable connection of closing/opening and energizing coil wiring, eliminating wiring-related safety hazards.
◆Features a 7-inch resistive color touchscreen with full English menu display and voice prompts. Supports wireless connection and control via smart devices. Generates Word test reports in specific formats for convenient data storage and printing.
◆Test functions include circuit breaker mechanical characteristic testing, closing/opening coil resistance testing, loop resistance testing, low-voltage operating voltage testing, and energy storage motor charging. Tests can be freely selected, with intelligent sequencing to eliminate redundant or invalid measurements.

Prodection details
1. **Power Equipment Handover Testing**: Prior to commissioning newly installed 10kV high-voltage circuit breakers, inspect mechanical characteristics, contact resistance, and other parameters to ensure compliance with standards such as GB50150-2016, guaranteeing initial equipment performance meets specifications.
2. **Preventive Testing**: During routine maintenance of circuit breakers at substations, power plants, and similar facilities, tests are conducted on low-voltage operation, coil resistance, and other parameters. This proactively identifies potential hazards such as aging or poor contact to prevent failures.
3. **Post-Repair Acceptance**: After circuit breaker repairs, comprehensive testing-including intelligent sequential testing-verifies the effectiveness of maintenance. Only upon confirming the equipment's restored operational capability may it be recommissioned.
4. **Equipment Manufacturing Inspection**: During factory acceptance testing of 10kV high-voltage circuit breakers by power equipment manufacturers, parameters such as mechanical characteristics and resistance are calibrated to ensure products comply with industry standards (e.g., DL/T 846.3-2017).
