Product feature and application

◆ Applicable to all models of SF6 switches, GIS assemblies, vacuum switches, oil switches, pole-mounted switches, contactors, and other equipment with metal contacts manufactured domestically or internationally.

◆ Sensors: Acceleration speed sensors, rotational speed sensors, and linear travel sensors feature extremely convenient and straightforward installation. Displays three-phase speed, travel, contact gap, overtravel, and other parameters.

◆ Lockout Release Power Supply: Directly replaces on-site DC power sources to release switch lockouts, facilitating switch mechanical characteristic testing. However, this power supply cannot be used for operating voltage tests on switches with interlocks.

◆ Triggering Methods: Internal trigger, external trigger, sensor trigger, and manual trigger. Manual trigger enables characteristic testing of manually operated circuit breakers (without trip/close coils), such as pole-mounted manual switches. Sensor trigger is primarily used in specialized environments like switch manufacturers.

◆ Energy Storage Power Supply Output: The instrument provides an adjustable energy storage power supply with a maximum starting current of 20A. After initial wiring, it automatically controls motor energy storage without rewiring. Note: The starting current of the energy storage motor exceeds 10 times its rated current. Generally suitable for on-site energy storage of vacuum switches rated 35kV and below (coils operating at DC110V or DC220V).

◆ Features "Customizable Speed" (non-standard cursor speed analysis) and post-test waveform data analysis functions. (Details available within the instrument)

◆ Main unit features a large, direct-view, wide-temperature-range backlit LCD with electronically adjustable contrast. Comprehensive Chinese menu prompts guide operation; displays all data and waveform spectra after a single switch operation.

◆ The main unit stores up to 100 sets of on-site closing/opening test results. An internal real-time clock facilitates archiving test dates and times. A USB port enables data transfer and software upgrades.

◆ The instrument possesses robust data analysis capabilities, effectively evaluating all mechanical characteristic parameters of circuit breakers. An integrated rapid micro-printer prints all data and waveform diagrams.

FAQ

1)What are the trigger modes for the MOEORW-W5126K High-Voltage Switch Dynamic Characteristics Tester, and what are their respective applicable scenarios?

Answer: This instrument features four trigger modes, applicable as follows:
Internal Trigger: Utilizes the instrument's internal DC power supply to control switch closing and opening. Suitable for switches with DC operating mechanisms where the field control power supply can be disconnected.
External Trigger: Utilizes the switch's own control power source (AC/DC compatible), suitable for AC-operated switches or sites where the instrument's internal power is impractical;
Sensor Trigger: Requires no connection to the closing/opening control lines; uses sensor activation as the timing start point, primarily for specialized testing requirements in switch manufacturers;
Manual Triggering: Eliminates the need for closing/opening control lines. Suitable for manually operated switches like pole-mounted switches, enabling testing of parameters such as synchronism and speed.

2)What are the core safety requirements for field wiring of the MOEORW-W5126K High-Voltage Switch Dynamic Characteristics Tester?

Answer: Core safety requirements include:
Upon arrival at the site, the instrument's protective ground must be reliably connected to the site's earth ground before proceeding with other wiring or operations. After testing, power must be turned off first, followed by disconnecting other circuits, and finally removing the grounding wire.
When disconnecting the positive and negative terminals of the interlock power supply, internal trigger power supply, and energy storage power supply, consistency must be maintained. Wiring must strictly follow the diagram, and short circuits are strictly prohibited.
When wiring high-voltage circuit breakers with strong induced electricity (e.g., 220kV, 500kV class), insulated gloves must be worn.
The switch under test must be in a de-energized maintenance pre-test state. Ground the switch's disconnect switches at both ends, disconnect its operating power supply, and then proceed with wiring.

3)What are the storage and maintenance requirements for the MOEORW-W5126K High-Voltage Switch Dynamic Characteristic Tester when not in use for extended periods?

Answer: Storage and maintenance requirements are as follows:
The storage environment must be dry and free from corrosion to prevent moisture or corrosive gases from affecting internal components.
The instrument must be placed on a level surface to prevent damage to the panel or internal structure from impacts.
During long-term storage, power must be applied once per month for a duration of 2 hours to ensure the stable performance of internal power supplies and other components, preventing failures caused by prolonged inactivity.
