Product Introduction
Substation control power supply systems are divided into internal AC power supply, UPS power supply, DC system operating power supply, and DC communication power supply. The power supply feeder network is divided into two main categories: AC feeders and DC feeders . Due to the differences in systems and arc-extinguishing principles, AC circuit breakers and DC circuit breakers differ significantly in structure and performance. Currently, different equipment is used in the market for differential matching testing of these two types of circuit breakers, which increases costs and inconvenience for users.

Product features and applications
(1) A 32-bit 168M high-speed microcontroller is used as the main control chip, combined with a 1M sampling rate and a high-precision ADC sampling chip to ensure reliable and accurate signal recording;
(2) It has the ability to estimate loop resistance and short-circuit current ;
(3) Simulate a metallic short-circuit fault test in an AC circuit to test the reliability of the circuit switch differential coordination;
(4) Simulate a metallic short- circuit fault in a DC circuit to test the reliability of the circuit switch differential coordination;
(5) Intelligent AC/DC systems can be automatically identified to avoid malfunctions caused by incorrect selection of the system under test;
(6) Short-circuit protection: Provides automatic delayed disconnection and manual emergency stop button circuit disconnection protection methods ;
(7) The use of thyristor control ensures stable output current and safe operation of the device ;
(8) Zero-crossing triggering function is adopted, which does not damage the AC switch ;
(9) The device supports phase-to-phase testing , phase-to-zero testing , and DC testing between any phases . It can display short-circuit current, breaking time , arcing time, arc extinguishing time , and waveform curves when the switch is broken .
(10) The device uses a visual graphical interface and comes with a database management system, which can view records, generate EXCEL reports or convert them into WORD reports for printing and archiving at any time;
(11) The device has a capacity memory function, allowing for quick testing with a single click. This eliminates the need to repeatedly input the same switch capacity parameters , making measurement convenient, fast, and greatly improving work efficiency.
