     The 120kV 5mA DC high voltage generator is a high-power portable testing device developed for field insulation tests of 110kV voltage-level power grid equipment. Adopting IGBT intermediate frequency inversion and high-frequency multi-stage voltage doubling rectification technology, it achieves low ripple output and high-precision dual-channel digital acquisition of voltage and current. The whole machine adopts an integrated aluminum alloy chassis and a split lightweight structure of host and high-voltage multiplier cylinder, which can be carried and deployed by a single person for test operations in substations, cable tunnels, industrial plants and other scenarios. Equipped with multiple hardware protection circuits and optimized charging logic for large-capacity long-distance cables and large transformers, the high-voltage cylinder adopts air-insulated epoxy glass fiber material to completely avoid surface leakage risks, serving as core test equipment for DC withstand voltage and leakage current diagnosis of high-voltage primary equipment.
