Description

Product Overview

The MOEORW-WEH31 fully automatic oil acid value analyzer is a microcomputer-controlled analytical instrument developed for routine acid value inspection of transformer oil, turbine oil and other insulating fluids in power plants and industrial facilities. Built on national standard neutralization titration methodology, the unit integrates self-developed blank deduction and endpoint recognition algorithms to deliver high precision and repeatability.

Adopting opto-mechatronic integrated design, the equipment automates liquid feeding, stirring, titration and endpoint identification under ambient temperature without manual intervention. All reagent contact parts are chemically matched with corresponding solvents to avoid secondary contamination; an integrated gas purification module eliminates CO₂ and water vapor interference to standard titrant. It supports up to 3 parallel test positions, with a single sample analysis cycle controlled within 2 minutes, and can store up to 35 groups of test data for review and printing.

Core Functional Features

1.Chemically Optimized Reagent Storage System Extraction solvent is stored in glass containers to eliminate plastic additive leaching; neutralization titrant is housed in PE bottles to prevent chemical reaction between caustic potassium and glass. A dedicated solid purifier absorbs external carbon dioxide and moisture, stabilizing titrant concentration long-term and avoiding misoperation risks of mixing cleaning solution with standard reagent.
2.Multi-Stage Automated Calibration & Self-Check Module Equipped with full-process system calibration function using certified standard acid solution. Dual cup calibration design corrects systematic error and verifies measurement accuracy simultaneously; built-in independent exhaust, stirring and light source self-test programs eliminate pipeline air bubbles and hardware faults before formal testing.
3.Intelligent Touch HMI with Complete Data Management Graphical touch operation interface covers system initialization, reagent pipeline cleaning, cup position activation, time synchronization and sample type switching. Internal storage retains maximum 35 batches of test data; users can browse historical records page by page and output hard copies via embedded printer.
4.Safe Closed-Loop Titration Workflow All reagent delivery pipelines are fully enclosed. Operators only place oil samples into test cups without touching corrosive or volatile organic solvents, effectively lowering chemical exposure risks during daily batch testing.
5.Dual Independent Peristaltic Pump Delivery System Separated extraction and neutralization liquid pumps with detachable pressure clamps. Adjustable delivery speed adapts to different oil viscosity and acid concentration levels, ensuring stable liquid feeding volume and consistent titration accuracy.

Main Structural Components

1.Test Dark Chamber: Sealed compartment accommodating sample cups, stirring magnets and optical detection sensor
2.Dual Peristaltic Pump Assembly: Independent pump groups for extraction liquid and neutralization liquid conveying
3.Thermal Printing Assembly: Modular printer with replaceable thermal paper and color ribbon
4.Touch LCD Panel: Central human-machine interaction terminal for all parameter configuration
5.Purifier Cartridge: Replaceable solid absorbent cartridge for neutralization liquid gas balance purification
6.Power Control Unit: Main power switch, built-in fuse and grounding power socket

Operation & Long-Term Maintenance Standard

Standard Operation Workflow
1.Connect grounded AC power supply and power on the instrument to enter the main initialization interface.
2.Place empty waste cup in designated chamber position and execute full-system automatic pipeline cleaning to discharge residual old reagents.
3.Run extraction liquid and neutralization liquid exhaust procedures separately until no visible air bubbles remain inside pipelines.
4.Access setting menu to perform system calibration: load standard acid solution into No.1 and No.2 calibration cups, start calibration program and confirm measured value falls within 0.067±0.003 mgKOH/g.
5.Enter cup position setting interface to activate required test positions; load clean sample cups with 8.3–8.5g oil sample and magnetic stir bar, close dark chamber cover.
6.Initiate automatic testing; the system sequentially performs extraction, stirring and titration, automatically capturing titration endpoint value.
7.After measurement, check results on screen, save data to internal storage or print test reports as required.
8.Post-test maintenance: Flush all delivery pipelines with anhydrous ethanol, release pump pressure clamps to avoid permanent hose deformation.

Routine Maintenance Protocols
1.Release pump pressure clamps after every measurement to prevent long-term compression-induced hose hardening and liquid delivery deviation.
2.Thoroughly flush both reagent pipelines with anhydrous ethanol after each use to prevent sediment clogging micro titration nozzles.
3.Replace pump tubes when aging, hardening or deformation occurs; reset new tubes into pump grooves according to original layout.
4.Replace purifier cartridge when internal absorbent turns from pink to off-white, otherwise titrant stability and test accuracy will deteriorate.
5.Conduct regular printer maintenance: replace thermal paper and color ribbon following official disassembly and installation steps to ensure clear printed data.

FAQ

Q1: Deviated acid value results after long-term continuous testing

A1: Complete pipeline exhaust to remove air bubbles; inspect purifier absorbent color and replace cartridge if exhausted; check pump tube elasticity and replace aged tubes.

Q2: System calibration value deviates far from theoretical 0.067 mgKOH/g

A2: Re-run full pipeline cleaning and exhaust; use fresh standard acid solution for re-calibration; confirm purifier cartridge is functional.

Q3: Printer outputs blank or faint text

A3: Replace aging color ribbon; check thermal paper installation and ensure printer power is enabled in setting menu.

Q4: Instrument left idle for weeks, pipelines blocked

A4: Flush pipelines with anhydrous ethanol via system cleaning function; soak neutralization pump tubes in dedicated activation liquid during long shutdown periods.

Q5: Cannot activate certain cup positions before testing

A5: Re-enter cup position setting page and mark target positions as "Yes" for participation in measurement, save configuration and restart testing.
