The MOEORW-WEH61 fully automatic oleic acid value analyzer is a high-accuracy, fully digital industrial instrument meticulously developed by our company's research and technical personnel based on relevant national standards and leveraging our own strengths through long-term unremitting efforts. The instrument is easy to operate and has an attractive design. It employs fully automatic digital microcomputer control, using acid-base neutralization reactions in chemical analysis as its basic framework, coupled with a self-developed background blank subtraction and titration endpoint logic determination program, resulting in ideal measurement precision and accuracy.
Testing the acid value of transformer and turbine oils is a routine inspection item for oil-filled electrical equipment in power systems and industrial and mining enterprises. Our company has developed a specialized equipment for determining the acid value of these oils using a fully automatic oil acid value analyzer. This instrument, based on a single-chip microcomputer, integrates technologies from multiple disciplines including optics, mechanics, electronics, and chemistry. It essentially completely replaces manual operation, improving work efficiency, reducing the labor intensity of operators, and minimizing the harm to human health from organic solvents and other chemicals.
The fully automated oleic acid value analyzer uses the neutralization method and is automatically controlled by a microcomputer to complete the addition, stirring, titration, and endpoint determination at room temperature. It features a touch-screen LCD for selecting all operating parameters, a user-friendly interface, and convenient operation. The average analysis cycle for oil samples is approximately 2 minutes. It can display up to 35 sets of test results and print out multiple parameters related to the determination.
Specially designed reagent bottles are used to store the extract and neutralization solution. The extract is stored in glass containers to ensure it is free of plastic additives and contaminants. The neutralization solution is stored in polyethylene plastic bottles, completely avoiding any possibility of reaction between caustic soda and glass. Furthermore, a self-developed neutralization solution gas-solid balance purification device completely eliminates the influence of carbon dioxide and water vapor on the neutralization solution concentration, and prevents the accidental use of high-concentration caustic soda or sodium hydroxide purified solutions as titration standard solutions. During operation, users do not need to handle organic solvents with their hands, reducing the harm of chemicals to the human body.
Depending on user needs, the fully automatic oleic acid value analyzer can measure 1 to 6 samples respectively.
