Product Introduction

 

MEYZ-W608 Water-Cooled Generator Insulation Resistance Tester is specifically designed for conducting insulation tests in laboratories or on-site. It incorporates a high-precision microcurrent measurement system and a digital voltage-boosting system. Measurement is performed by connecting the test specimen with just one high-voltage lead and one signal lead. The measurement process is fully automated, with results displayed on a large LCD screen and stored for future reference.

1. Utilizes a 32-bit microcontroller with a fully English interface for user-friendly operation.

2. High output current (exceeds 25mA at 2500V), with short-circuit current ≥25mA.

3. High-voltage generation module employs fully enclosed technology with internal protective resistors for safety and reliability.

4. Strong anti-interference capability, suitable for ultra-high voltage substation field operations.

5. Automatic discharge after testing with real-time monitoring of the discharge process.

6. Suitable for measuring insulation resistance, absorption ratio (R60S/R15S), and polarization index (R10min/R1min) of water-cooled generators.

7. Test voltage: 2500V.

8. Automatically compensates for water polarization potential. Ensures measurement accuracy even with frame-to-water-collecting-pipe resistance as low as 10kΩ.

9. High output power. Supports load resistances as low as 100kΩ (2500V) between lines and water-collecting pipes, enabling insulation resistance measurements down to 1MΩ (2500V).

10. Insulation resistance values are indicated by an analog progress bar, enabling intuitive, real-time observation of capacitive test specimen processes. Logarithmic scale minimizes reading fluctuations for ease of interpretation.

11. Digital display utilizes a 3 1/2-digit LCD meter.

12. LCD timer displays test duration, cycling through minutes and seconds in a 0–32 minute loop. Beeps every 15 seconds.

13. Automatically measures and stores R15S, R60S, R10min, absorption ratio, and polarization index for verification and retrieval upon test completion.

14. Features automatic compensation and adjustment for water polarization potential.
