Product feature and application

 

  1. The 2-station automatic release insulating boots (gloves) pressure-resistant bracket can test 2 insulating boots or insulating gloves at the same time and measure the leakage current of each test piece.
  2. insulating boots is fabric, and the test adopts a dry test method in which small steel balls are placed inside the boots . This breaks away from the traditional practice of pouring water into the boots for testing, which makes it difficult for the lining to dry after the test.
  3. The leakage current sampling and tripping mechanisms of this pressure-resistant bracket are all powered by lithium batteries, and the lithium battery power is displayed in percentage.
  4. High and low voltage are separated, and the leakage current of the two circuits is displayed by a bright LED display module.
  5. Each test product has a disconnect mechanism. When any one of the test products breaks down or exceeds the set leakage current value, the test product of that test product will automatically exit the test without affecting the testing of other test products.
  6. The breaking current of the bracket can be set through the "◀▶", "+-" and "┛" buttons in the display and setting area.
  7. The insulating boots test has a special stainless steel grounding tray, and the insulating gloves test has a special stainless steel container for easy operation.

2)What should I do if the instrument's current reading is inaccurate?

The instruments from our factory are calibrated before shipment. If current readings show discrepancies, connect to a standard current source for calibration. Voltage should be calibrated directly using a high-voltage divider.

3)Testing Methods for Insulating Gloves?

Low-voltage insulating gloves test:
The voltage for preventive testing of low-voltage insulating gloves is 2.5kV, maintained for 1 minute. Gloves with leakage current not exceeding 2.5mA are considered qualified. This 2.5mA threshold is fixed; the default value is 2.5mA. After installing the test specimen, directly initiate the test via the operating interface on the testing machine.
High-Voltage Insulating Glove Test
The test method is identical to the above, differing only in voltage and leakage current parameters: The voltage for the preventive test of high-voltage insulating gloves is 8kV, maintained for 1 minute. Gloves with leakage current not exceeding 9mA are considered qualified.
