Battery Discharge Tester
Product Introduction
After years of research and development, our company has successfully developed a series of highly intelligent and precise battery discharge testers utilizing our existing technology. This tester functions as a discharge load for offline batteries, achieving constant-current discharge at a preset value through continuous regulation of the discharge current. During discharge, the instrument automatically halts operation when any of the following conditions occurs: the terminal voltage of the battery bank or the voltage of an individual cell drops below the preset lower limit; the preset discharge time expires; or the preset discharge capacity is reached. It simultaneously records all valuable, continuous real-time process data.
The system employs wireless relay access for monitoring individual cell voltage information, ensuring simplicity, safety, and precision.
This instrument features an exceptionally user-friendly interface. Not only can various settings and data queries be completed under menu prompts, but all discharge process data is stored in the device's memory. This data can be transferred to a USB drive via the data interface and analyzed using dedicated software on a host computer to generate required curves and reports.
This instrument incorporates comprehensive protection functions, including audible and visual alarms, as well as clear interface prompts.

Product feature and application
1. Utilizing high-precision resistors prevents red-hot conditions, ensuring safer discharge operations throughout the process.
2. The individual cell monitoring module employs long-range RF wireless communication for voltage data transmission. It supports up to four independent frequency bands, enabling simultaneous data transmission from up to four monitoring systems within the same area without interference or signal crosstalk.
3. The wireless data acquisition box monitors each individual cell, enabling comprehensive monitoring of the battery pack's discharge process. It supports three data acquisition methods:
1) Data transmission between the individual cell monitoring module and the main charging/discharging instrument.
2) Data transmission between the individual cell monitoring module and a USB wireless terminal.
3) Data transmission among the individual cell monitoring module, the main charging/discharging instrument, and a USB wireless terminal.
4. Each charging/discharging device can monitor 25 individual collection boxes, with each collection box connecting to 12 cells, enabling monitoring of up to 300 cells. The device automatically identifies the highest and lowest 6 cells by number and voltage, displaying them in distinct colors on the screen.
5. Individual cell voltage values feature two data viewing modes (optional): sliding table display and sliding bar chart display.
6. The included PC software analyzes recorded data such as total voltage, discharge current, and individual cell voltages, generating corresponding data reports. It visually represents battery pack performance through curves, graphs, and reports, which can be printed and queried.
7. A USB port on the device allows discharge data to be saved to a USB drive, which can then be imported into a PC. The PC data management software analyzes battery discharge processes and generates corresponding data reports, facilitating data transfer.
8. Utilizes an intelligent ARM microcontroller with a 7-inch 1024×600 high-definition LCD display and resistive touch operation. Features a built-in Chinese/English switchable menu with intuitive, straightforward navigation.
9. Automatic protection shutdown function includes over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and reverse connection protection. When any alarm triggers shutdown, the display shows corresponding warning prompts. Over-voltage protection and reverse connection protection automatically disconnect the air circuit breaker.
10. Configurable charge/discharge termination conditions include: low individual cell voltage, low/high overall voltage, low charging current, elapsed charge/discharge time, or specified charge/discharge capacity. Upon meeting any condition, the device automatically halts testing with an audible alert and logs the termination reason.
11. Supports online compensated charging/discharging. By connecting an external current clamp sensor, discharge testing can be performed on batteries in operation, greatly facilitating testing. This feature is particularly suitable for scenarios with only a single backup battery bank (optional).
12. Features RS485 remote control for charging and discharging functions.
13. Supports multi-unit parallel charging, discharging, and activation. Configuration is performed via the master unit's display. Slave units automatically follow master commands for power distribution and start/stop operations.
