Product Introduction
The MOEN-5621 (540kVA-270kV) Series Resonance Withstand Voltage Test Set is mainly made for AC withstand voltage testing of 110kV/100,000kVA main transformers, 35kV cables, 110kV GIS, switches, and other substation equipment. Because the reactors are built as several distinct units, they can be used for both low-voltage AC withstand voltage testing for equipment like 10kV cables and high-voltage, low-current equipment testing. Because of its broad range of applications, it is a perfect withstand voltage device for power installation, maintenance, and testing engineering units as well as high-voltage testing departments at the provincial, municipal, and county levels.
The excitation transformer, reactors, capacitive voltage divider, and variable frequency control power supply are the main components of the MOEN-5621 (540kVA-270kV) series resonant withstand voltage test system.

Product feature and application
1. The device has protective features for overvoltage, overcurrent, zero-position start, and system detuning (flashover). The thresholds for overvoltage and overcurrent protection can be changed to suit the needs of the user. The flashover protection turns on during specimen flashover and logs the flashover voltage measurement for test analysis.
2. For easy field use, each device is lightweight.
3. To speed up testing, three working modes-Fully Automatic, Manual, and Auto-Tuning Manual Voltage Increase-allow for variable selection based on site conditions.
4. Remote printing and data storage are supported. To facilitate identification and retrieval, stored data is numbered.
5. The beginning frequency can be flexibly adjusted within the designated range during automatic frequency sweeping. Users can choose an upward or downward sweep direction, and the wide LCD screen shows the scan curve, making it easy to identify resonant point detection.
6. By using DSP platform technology, a more user-friendly human-machine interface can be achieved through upgrades and simple functional expansion or reduction based on user needs.
