DC Test Power Supply
Product Overview
MOEORW-W5203 DC Test Power Supply is a dedicated independent power supply designed for preventive tests of high-voltage circuit breakers in power systems. It solves the defects of traditional test power supply schemes:
√ Avoids risks such as protection failure or collapse of the on-site DC system caused by short circuit or direct grounding of test wiring when using the on-site control cabinet DC system.
√ Eliminates the disadvantages of heavy weight, large output ripple and non-isolated input/output in the traditional voltage regulator + silicon rectifier scheme.
This power supply features full input-output isolation, stable DC output, low ripple, over-current and over-voltage protection. It is compact, easy to wire and operate, providing a safe and independent power source for high-voltage switch closing and opening tests without affecting the on-site DC system.

Safety Warnings
- Only qualified operators are allowed to operate the instrument.
- Do not use the instrument in humid, explosive gas, water vapor or dusty environments.
- Reliably ground the host through the grounding terminal before testing to avoid static induction.
- Do not frequently switch the power supply during the test to prevent equipment damage or accuracy reduction.
- Immediately cut off the power supply in case of abnormal conditions during operation.
- Do not use the instrument with the cover or shell open; keep vents unobstructed for heat dissipation.
- Use only specified replacement fuses and power cords matching local voltage and sockets.
- Do not touch bare contacts or use test leads with damaged insulation.
- Do not place the instrument in the open air to avoid rain erosion.
- Contact the manufacturer for maintenance in case of abnormality; do not disassemble or repair by yourself.
Application Field
It is suitable for on-site closing and opening tests, factory tests, and preventive tests of high-voltage circuit breakers and high-voltage switches in power systems, providing an independent DC power supply for switch operation tests.
