Product Introduction
With the development of the times, a stable and reliable power supply has become a necessary condition for social progress, making high-voltage circuit breakers, which play a crucial role in control and protection, particularly important. Therefore, the measurement and evaluation of high-voltage circuit breaker performance are indispensable parts of both the acceptance testing and preventative testing of electrical equipment. However, due to objective needs, field testing of high-voltage circuit breakers involves a large number of devices under test and a wide variety of testing items, requiring the carrying of numerous types of testing equipment. Repeated wiring is common during testing, which not only increases the workload of personnel but also seriously affects work efficiency and even poses certain safety hazards.
To address the aforementioned issues, our company developed this comprehensive circuit breaker testing instrument. It integrates various traditional single-type testing devices, combining years of field testing experience with advanced data algorithms to significantly reduce repetitive wiring, optimize the testing process, and improve work efficiency. Furthermore, the separation of high and low voltage testing modules enhances testing safety, improves storage efficiency, and simplifies operation.

Product features and applications
◆Suitable for mainstream 10kV high-voltage circuit breakers with metal contacts, both domestically and internationally, and equipped with linear travel sensors and incremental travel sensors.
Rotary sensors. The incremental rotary sensor allows for omnidirectional installation and features a universal Phillips head connector, making installation simpler and more stable.
◆Provides a dedicated aviation connector for 10kV high-voltage circuit breakers, enabling fast, safe, and reliable closing, opening, and energy storage coil wiring, eliminating potential safety hazards caused by wiring.
◆ It features a 7-inch resistive color touchscreen with a full Chinese menu display and real-person voice prompts.
◆The test items include circuit breaker mechanical characteristic testing, DC resistance testing, loop resistance testing, insulation resistance testing, AC boost testing, low-voltage operating voltage testing, and energy storage motor energy storage. Test items can be freely selected, and the instrument intelligently sorts them to prevent duplicate and invalid measurements.
◆The high and low voltage test units are separate, and the high voltage test is equipped with a dedicated insulation test connector for better insulation sealing. The panel has a mechanical voltage pointer that matches the digital pointer on the screen, making the high voltage output status display more accurate, intuitive, and reliable.
◆The instrument supports up to 999 sets of test data storage. Test parameters are not lost even when power is off. Mechanical characteristic tests can generate time-displacement graphs and dynamic current schematic graphs. Velocity data can be re-analyzed after measurement. A USB flash drive interface is provided for convenient data saving.
◆ It provides a USB communication interface, which enables secondary programming control.
