Product feature and application
1. Standard 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current output Features 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current output, enabling convenient combination outputs for various protection tests. Each phase can output 120V voltage, while the three currents can be paralleled to output 120A. The fourth phase voltage Ux serves as a multifunctional voltage component, configurable as any of four 3U0 values, synchronizing voltage, or any arbitrary voltage value.
2. User-Friendly Standalone Operation The standalone unit is operated via a convenient rotary mouse and large LCD display with full Chinese interface. It handles most on-site testing and calibration tasks, verifies various relays and computer-based protection systems, and simulates complex transient, permanent, and switching faults for complete unit testing. Ready to use immediately after power-up with intuitive operation.
3. Dual Operation Mode with Computer Integration Via comprehensive Chinese-language software on the Windows platform, it performs large-scale, complex, and highly automated verification tasks. It conveniently tests and scans protection settings, stores test data in real time, displays vector diagrams, plots fault waveforms, and prints reports online.
4. Powerful Software Capabilities Performs highly automated, large-scale complex verification tasks such as three-phase differential tests, plant power rapid switching, automatic backup switching tests, and line protection synchronous reclosing verification. Facilitates testing and scanning of various protection settings, fault replay, real-time test data storage, vector diagram display, and online report printing.
5. Extensive Digital Input/Output Capabilities The relay protection tester features 8 digital input channels and 4 pairs of dry contact outputs. Input contacts support both dry contacts and 0–250V potential contacts with intelligent auto-detection. Input/output contacts can be expanded according to user requirements.
6. Large LCD Display Features a 320×240 dot matrix high-resolution graphic LCD screen. All operations are configured via the display, with both the interface and test results presented in Chinese for intuitive clarity.
7. Self-Protection Incorporates a well-designed heat dissipation structure, multiple reliable protection measures, soft power-up, and self-diagnostic/lockout functions for faults.
8. Independent Dedicated DC Power Output The device provides one dedicated adjustable DC power output channel for both 110V and 220V applications.
9. High Cost-Performance Ratio As a cross-disciplinary collaborative design product, it integrates advanced technological achievements from multiple fields. It combines the performance of large-scale test equipment with the affordability of compact units, delivering exceptional value for money.
