Main Hardware & Software Features
Hardware Design Advantages
1.6U+6P Full-channel Independent Output Architecture Supports flexible arbitrary combination of voltage and current channels, natively compatible with three-winding transformer differential test, factory power fast transfer and busbar auto-switch test without additional external expansion modules. Multi-current parallel and multi-voltage series wiring is supported to expand effective output amplitude on site.
2.High-Fidelity Linear Power Amplifier Module Adopts linear amplification circuit instead of switching power amplifier, eliminating high/middle frequency electromagnetic interference to field secondary equipment. Smooth sine waveform output is maintained from microamp small signals to maximum rated current with negligible distortion.
3.DSP High-speed Real-time Control Platform High-resolution D/A conversion chip matched with digital signal processor realizes high-speed real-time operation, ensures stable waveform output and fast dynamic response during step change, ramping and state switching test processes. High-precision discrete signal processing improves test repeatability.
4.Integrated Lightweight Mechanical Structure Highly integrated miniaturized layout with optimized heat dissipation air channel, reducing overall weight and volume for field portable mobile testing. No external cooling fan noise interference during long-time continuous operation.
5.Multi-layer Self-protection System Hardware power soft-start circuit, over-current, over-voltage and short-circuit protection at each output channel; embedded software fault self-diagnosis and output locking logic automatically cut off analog output when abnormal signals are detected to protect the tester and DUT.
6.Complete Multi-mode Communication Ports Dual USB for file import/export and peripheral connection; Ethernet for stable fixed-location PC control; WiFi supports AP router mode and STA terminal mode, enabling wireless remote operation by laptop; GPS interface realizes multi-unit synchronous coordinated testing for two-terminal line protection joint commissioning.
7.Dual-mode Binary Input Identification Circuit 10 groups of binary input automatically identify dry contact and DC potential contact signals, eliminating manual jumper switching before wiring and simplifying field wiring procedures. 8 groups of isolated binary output simulate circuit breaker position, lockout and interlock auxiliary signals.
Software Functional Advantages

2)Automatic Full-set Protection Calibration Logic Supports unidirectional/binary dichotomy search algorithm for protection action boundary scanning, automatically records action value, return value, action/return time and calculates return coefficient. Real-time sequence component, line voltage and three-phase power data visualization during test execution.
3)COMTRADE Fault Waveform Analysis & Playback Compatible standard CFG/DAT fault recording files, supports manual selection of playback time window, PT/CT ratio conversion and multi-channel signal mapping, reproduces actual grid transient fault waveforms for fault replay verification of relay devices.
4)Multi-state Sequential Test Editor Customizable multi-step state sequence with four trigger modes: fixed time delay, binary contact action, manual TAB key trigger and GPS second pulse synchronization. Each state independently configures analog quantity and binary output status to simulate reclosing, post-acceleration and conversion fault complete test flow.
5)Built-in Harmonic Superposition Engine Each voltage/current channel independently configures DC offset and 1–24 harmonic amplitude/phase percentage superposition, realizes second-harmonic braking, fifth-harmonic blocking and transformer magnetizing inrush simulation tests.
6)Data Recording & Standard Report Export Real-time storage of all test raw data, waveform screenshots and action records; supports on-device report preview, PDF report one-click generation and offline printing; all test records can be exported via USB storage for archiving and factory acceptance.

Working Principle
MOEORW-W2000V operates based on digital secondary injection simulation principle:
1.The built-in industrial host receives user-set test parameters via touch screen or remote PC software, transmits digital amplitude, phase, frequency and harmonic control instructions to the DSP control unit.
2.DSP performs real-time digital signal calculation, generates discrete digital waveform data and transmits to multi-channel high-precision D/A converters.
3.Analog voltage/current signals converted by D/A are amplified by linear power amplifier modules to reach rated output power, then transmitted to external relay protection devices through output terminals.
4.The 10-channel binary input circuit collects contact action signals from tested relays, transmits action timing and state change data back to the main control unit for real-time recording and judgment.
5.8-channel binary output isolation circuit outputs auxiliary switching signals controlled by software logic to simulate circuit breaker auxiliary contacts, lockout signals and interlock conditions.
Timing unit synchronized with GPS clock records the time difference between signal output and protection contact action, completes automatic calculation of protection action time, impedance and characteristic curve parameters.
