2.Prohibit use near flammable and explosive gas mixtures.
3.Inspect insulation integrity of host, test leads and current clamps before each measurement; replace damaged accessories immediately.
4.Do not input voltage/current signals exceeding the rated range of the analyzer, probes or current clamps.
5.Disconnect power of the tested equipment or wear protective clothing during installation and removal of test clamps.
6.Ground terminal is only used for equipment grounding; no external voltage shall be applied to the ground port.
7.Avoid inserting metal foreign objects into BNC or banana plug ports.

Storage Maintenance Requirements
1.Clean the equipment surface with dry soft cloth only; corrosive solvents, alcohol and cleaning agents are forbidden to prevent surface text and coating damage.
2.For long-term storage, fully charge the built-in lithium battery before storage; supplementary charging at least once every 12 months to maintain battery performance.

FAQ

Q1: The recorder stops recording automatically midway, what are the possible causes?

A: 1. SD card remaining capacity drops below 640MB, system forced termination;

2. Low battery power triggers automatic shutdown;

3. SD card loose or damaged;

4. System time or parameter modified during recording.

Q2: Transient events cannot be captured during field measurement, how to troubleshoot?

A: 1. Verify transient threshold parameters (voltage swell/dip/interruption, impulse current ratio) are set according to actual working conditions;

2. Check front/rear waveform cycle configuration in transient parameter menu;

3. Confirm wiring of voltage and current channels is correct without loose clamps.

Q3: The device cannot connect to 4G network after inserting SIM card?

A: 1. Restart the terminal after SIM card insertion;

2. Check SIM card balance and signal coverage at measurement site;

3. Confirm mobile network switch is enabled in Connection Management page.

Q4: Screen display is dim and cannot adjust brightness?

A: Press the dedicated brightness shortcut key to cycle brightness levels; if ineffective, check battery power, low battery will limit maximum screen brightness.

Q5: Cannot import/export parameter configuration files?

A: Confirm SD card is inserted normally with sufficient storage space; enter File Management page to check .conf configuration file integrity, avoid modifying files via external PC.

Q6: Harmonic measurement data appears abnormal distortion?

A: 1. Check current clamp model selection matches the actual clamp used;

2. Recheck PT/CT ratio setting in main parameter page;

3. Reinstall test clamps to eliminate poor contact interference.
