Main Functional Features

Hardware & Core Circuit Design
1.Multi-processor architecture with high-speed floating-point DSP + 6-channel synchronous 16-bit ADC to realize synchronous acquisition of three-phase voltage and current signals, eliminate phase shift error caused by asynchronous sampling.
2.Equipped with 8.4-inch industrial TFT LCD (800×600 resolution), single-screen integrated display of electrical parameters, vector diagram, error data and parameter configuration without page switching frequently.
3.Dual operation mode: physical keypad + capacitive touch screen, supporting numerical input, parameter switching and function shortcut triggering to adapt to complex field operation environments.
4.Two independent power supply circuits: external mains power interface and self-powered via test voltage terminal Ua/Uo, no extra power adapter required for field measurement under live metering loop.
5.Independent signal terminals for voltage, built-in current, clamp CT, pulse input, standard pulse output and USB communication; physical power switching switch and main power cut-off switch for safety isolation.

Core Performance Advantages
1.Wiring fault recognition algorithm covering 144 error wiring combinations (48 for three-phase three-wire, 96 for three-phase four-wire), automatically generating text fault description and real-time vector diagram for visual judgment of inductive/capacitive load wiring status.
2.2nd ~ 51st harmonic synchronous measurement for all six voltage/current channels, supporting bar chart scaling, page turning and data hold function to quantify grid harmonic distortion.
3.Real-time waveform display of six sampling channels simultaneously, support transient abnormal waveform capture for grid distortion fault analysis.
4.Ultra-low startup current of built-in CT (minimum 2mA), supporting zero-load wiring inspection for high-voltage high-current metering loops.
5.Full-range measurement without dead zone, compatible with single-phase, three-phase three-wire V-connection and three-phase four-wire Y-connection active/reactive energy meters of all international specifications.
6.Large-capacity Flash local storage, each record stores calibration parameters, electrical data, vector graph, harmonic data and 5 groups of error values; USB hot-plug data upload without dedicated driver software.

Practical Field Application Value
1.Complete set of pulse acquisition solutions: compatible with photoelectric sampler, manual trigger and direct electronic pulse line for mechanical and electronic energy meters.
2.Independent CT ratio test module for low-voltage metering device fault troubleshooting, quickly judge CT ratio deviation, secondary open circuit and poor contact hidden danger.
3.Integrated data management module with record browsing, single record deletion and full data query by meter number; support custom calibration staff ID, user name and work order information.
4.System parameter configuration including real-time clock calibration, high/low frequency pulse output switching, adaptive filtering for load fluctuation to stabilize error test results.

Daily Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Daily Maintenance Rules
1.Wipe clamp CT jaws with alcohol cotton before each use to remove dust and metal debris, avoid measurement deviation caused by poor jaw closure.
2.Do not interchange three-phase clamp CTs randomly; each clamp is calibrated matched with corresponding phase channel at factory.
3.Avoid violent impact during transportation, store in dry, dust-proof carrying case when idle.
4.Disconnect current test line before voltage line when removing wiring on CT secondary loop to prevent secondary open circuit high voltage hazard.

Common Fault Elimination
1.Large error fluctuation: Increase calibration cycle count; clean clamp jaws; check pulse wire contact tightness.
2.Wiring recognition failure under light load: Utilize instrument's 2mA ultra-low startup built-in CT to ensure valid current sampling.
3.Unable to upload data: Reconnect USB cable, confirm storage record exists before transmission.
4.Screen no display: Toggle power mode switch, verify test line voltage meets 45~450V self-powered requirement.

FAQ

Q1: Can the instrument work without external mains power on site?

A1: Yes. Switch power selector to "internal" position, connect Ua and Uo voltage terminals to live metering line with AC 45~450V voltage for self-power supply.

Q2: What's the correct operation sequence when connecting CT secondary circuit?

A2: Short-circuit CT secondary terminal first, then connect instrument built-in current wire; remove instrument wire only after restoring short-circuit piece to avoid open-circuit high voltage.

Q3: How to collect pulse signal for electronic energy meters?

A3: Use matching pulse wire: black clip connects pulse negative pole, yellow clip connects pulse signal output terminal. For passive pulse output, connect red clip to meter internal power positive pole.

Q4: How many groups of error data can a single calibration record store?

A4: Up to 5 real-time error values plus automatic calculated average error, all data will be saved together with harmonic and vector graph information.
