Product features and applications
- This portable power quality recorder is a high-precision power monitoring device specifically designed to detect power quality problems in the power grid, such as waveform distortion, harmonic content, voltage fluctuations and flicker, and three-phase imbalance; it also has the functions of electrical parameter testing and vector analysis.
- parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, phase angle, power factor, and frequency ;
- It can display vector diagrams of the measured voltage and current, allowing users to analyze the vector diagrams to determine whether the wiring of the metering equipment is correct .
- Measurements are performed using clamp-on current transformers. The advantage is that operators do not need to disconnect the current circuit during measurement, allowing for convenient and safe operation. Furthermore, clamp-on meters with different ranges can be selected to suit different user measurement needs .
- It can measure and analyze the quality of AC power supplied from the public power grid to the user end, including: frequency deviation, voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation, flicker, permissible three-phase voltage imbalance, and grid harmonics .
- It can display single-phase voltage and current waveforms and can simultaneously display four- phase voltage and current waveforms ;
- Load fluctuation monitoring: Measure and analyze the fluctuations in power quality of the public power grid caused by various electrical equipment under different operating conditions , and record and store the changing trends of power parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, and phase at regular intervals ;
- Dynamic monitoring of power equipment adjustment and operation helps users solve problems that arise during the adjustment and commissioning of power equipment .
- It can test and analyze the dynamic parameters of reactive power compensation and filtering devices in power systems and make quantitative evaluations of their functions and technical indicators ;
- Different storage intervals can be set to continuously store data at the set time intervals ;
- Power quality data supports storage in PQDIF file format, and the file retention time is no less than 60 days. PQDIF files can record voltage time waveform curves and RMS value change curves.
- The device has a USB interface, which makes it easy to copy data directly to the back-end management computer ;
- When used with powerful data management software, real-time sampling data can be directly uploaded to the back-end management computer for more comprehensive and rapid processing in the background .
- It can save test data and results while conducting on-site testing, and realize computerized data management through back-end management software, with powerful reporting functions ;
- It uses a large-screen imported color LCD as the display, and the human-computer interaction interface is user-friendly .
- Conductive silicone buttons offer a good feel, long lifespan, reasonable design, and easy operation .
- Small in size and light in weight, it is easy to carry and can be used for on-site measurement as well as as a standard measuring device in the laboratory .
