The MOEORW-WNC03 intelligent bidirectional transformer area identifier is a multi-functional, high-precision testing instrument specifically designed for the refined management of power transformer areas. It is designed to solve problems such as complex power distribution lines, difficulty in dividing transformer areas, and the tendency of traditional equipment to misjudge or miss identifications. It integrates core functions such as transformer area/branch/phase identification, transformer electrical independence testing, and electrical parameter and harmonic measurement.

The instrument adopts advanced carrier and pulse current detection technology, which is accurate and efficient in identification and avoids crosstalk and interference problems at the source. It can also realize automatic identification of phase sequence and live/neutral wires, intelligent prompt of voltage phase loss, and complete accurate measurement of electrical parameters and harmonic analysis. With vector diagram and waveform display functions, it can help troubleshoot metering wiring problems .

  • The high-power load signal transmission communication method theoretically allows for communication distances that can cover any power supply range of any transformer substation.
  • The special pulse current emission and detection method ensures that cross-signal errors will not occur due to adjacent high-voltage distribution areas.
  • The transformer substation identification function is fast and convenient. The test can be initiated by the substation and the test time is less than 6 seconds with 100% accuracy. The results are displayed in a simple, clear and unambiguous manner, including the transformer substation number where the tested user is located and the phase (A phase, B phase, C phase) of the tested meter. The results are displayed intuitively.
  • The branch identification function accurately identifies the branches of the power supply line in the transformer area where the user under test is located. A single host can detect 3 branches at the same time, and multiple hosts working simultaneously can be expanded to 18 branches.
  • It has the function of mutual testing between transformers, and multiple main units can work at the same time to accurately determine the independence of each transformer under test and whether there is an electrical connection relationship.
  • It has a phase sequence discrimination function, which can determine whether the phase sequence of each of the ABC phases is a "positive phase sequence" or a "reverse phase sequence".

  • The instrument has an automatic neutral and live wire identification function. When the unit is performing area or branch tests, it will automatically identify whether the neutral and live wires are connected correctly and display a prompt on the screen.
  • It features a large, true-color, fully transparent LCD screen that remains clear even in sunlight. The display is in Chinese and graphical, with a user-friendly interface that is intuitive and easy to operate.
  • The conductive silicone button operation mode is reasonably designed and easy to operate. It has a long life and high sensitivity, avoiding the problems of touch screens that are prone to failure after a period of use, such as inoperability or poor operation sensitivity, which affect normal use.
  • The instrument can save the test results of the transformer area classification in the form of a record, including: test date, test time, transformer number, meter number, and phase.
  • Test records can be copied to the back-end management computer via USB flash drive or other portable storage devices for centralized management. This allows for the classification and statistical analysis of data records, enabling the marketing department to accurately grasp information such as the area, phase, and branch affiliation of each user; and to correctly calculate information such as load distribution and line loss rate.
  • To ensure operational safety, the instrument features multiple protection mechanisms. The power supply circuit has independent and quickly replaceable protective components. In the event of accidental connection of line voltage during wiring, the instrument will ensure no damage is caused, provide a warning of the incorrect wiring, and will refrain from performing any testing operations .
