Product Introduction
The MOEORW-W4210 Transformer Winding Deformation Comprehensive Tester employs dual detection technologies : frequency response method (SFRA/FRA) and low-voltage short-circuit impedance method . It can non-destructively diagnose deformation faults in power transformer windings, such as twisting, bulging, displacement, and inter-turn/phase-to-phase short circuits, meeting the requirements of power standards such as DL/T911 and DL/T1093. The instrument consists of a main unit and a laptop computer forming a high-precision measurement system. It supports fully automatic measurement, intelligent curve analysis, and automatic generation of Word reports. It is suitable for factory acceptance testing, pre-commissioning testing, post-short-circuit diagnosis, and periodic preventative testing of 63kV to 500kV transformers. On-site installation and removal of the protective cover are unnecessary, resulting in efficient testing and accurate results.

4.Prodection details
- Factory/Commissioning Acceptance: Before leaving the factory or being put into operation, the winding deformation of 110kV and above transformers shall be tested and the original data shall be retained.
- After a short-circuit fault, the transformer is subjected to an outlet/near-zone short-circuit impact, and the windings are quickly assessed for deformation.
- During regular preventative testing, the transformer is inspected periodically according to regulations to assess the health status of the windings.
