Product Introduction
MOEORW-WBX16 transformer winding deformation tester uses high-precision frequency response analysis as the core detection method, specially designed for rapid and non-destructive diagnosis of transformer winding health. It adopts highly integrated microprocessor control and high-speed A/D sampling, which can accurately capture the characteristic parameter changes caused by winding deformation. The instrument supports linear and segmental dual sweep modes, and can complete three-phase comparison and historical data analysis. It meets DL/T911-2016 standard and is suitable for on-site quick detection of 63kV–500kV transformers.

FAQ
Q1: Why should frequency response test be done first after power failure?
A: Prevent core saturation caused by DC tests (like DC resistance), which will lead to inaccurate data.
Q2: What is the correct grounding method?
A: Connect response ground clamp to excitation ground clamp first, then connect to transformer core grounding point.
Q3: Can I use mobile phone to operate the test?
A: Yes, connect WIFI (name: winding deformation, password: 12345678) and use special APP.
Q4: How far should external leads be away from bushings?
A: All leads must be disconnected and kept more than 20cm away from bushings.
Q5: How to save and view test data?
A: Data is stored in ASCII format, which can be opened, edited and backed up by general text software.
