Product Introduction

 

MOEORW-W4202AT is an integrated dual-function tester for power transformer fault detection, combining frequency response analysis (FRA) and low-voltage short-circuit impedance method. It adopts high-speed digital frequency sweep and 16-bit high-precision sampling technology, which can sensitively identify winding deformation, displacement, turn-to-turn short circuit and inter-phase insulation defects. The device supports automatic data comparison, intelligent diagnosis and standardized report generation, fully complying with DL/T911-2016 and DL/T1093-2008 standards. It is mainly used for 63kV–500kV power transformers in factory inspection, handover acceptance, post-fault analysis and periodic condition assessment.

Q1: What preparations are needed before formal test?

A: Cut off power, fully discharge all terminals, disconnect external leads, clean contacts, confirm reliable core grounding, and preheat the instrument for more than 15 minutes.

Q2: Can the instrument work outdoors in rainy days?

A: No, it has no waterproof function. Please use it indoors or under a rainproof shed.

Q3: How to judge whether the instrument is working normally?

A: For frequency response mode, short yellow and green clamps; a straight 0dB line indicates normal. For impedance mode, opencircuit voltage shows about 220V and current is zero.

Q4: What if the test waveform is distorted?

A: Use UPS independent power supply to avoid onsite equipment interference; keep good grounding and keep away from metal suspended objects.
