The MOEORW-WBW60 Transformer Power Characteristic Analyzer is a specialized instrument developed by our company for measuring power loss , impedance , and harmonic analysis of power transformers , reactors , and motors . This instrument features three independent voltage and three independent current input channels , with multiple automatic ranges for voltage and current measurements to accommodate all wiring and measurement methods . Product features and applications

 

1.The instrument's test results comply with the relevant standards of IEC76.1-93 , GB1094.1-2003 , and GB/T6451. It can also obtain the corrected transformer loss value under the condition of severe waveform distortion of the test power supply. In particular, the no-load loss value of the transformer is corrected and calculated using the average value of the voltmeter according to relevant standards.
2.It can perform fully automatic tests on transformer no-load loss, no-load current, load loss, impedance voltage, short-circuit impedance, and zero-sequence impedance, and automatically convert the test results to three-phase standard conditions to generate a standard test report.
3.Standard AC parameter testing functions: Tests the true RMS value, average value, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, and other electrical parameters of three-phase voltage and current. It can also display the waveforms of each phase voltage/current and the three-phase voltage/current vector diagram.
4.Harmonic analysis function: Performs harmonic analysis (31st order) on three-phase voltage and current, displays the content of odd and even harmonics of each phase and the initial phase angle of the corresponding fundamental wave, the bar chart of each harmonic distribution and the total harmonic content.
5.It has a wide voltage and current measurement range, automatic range switching, and can be connected to external CTs and PTs to test the loss and reactance parameters of large-capacity transformers and reactors.
6.When performing load loss tests on large transformers, the instrument only needs to input the DC resistance values of each phase of the relevant windings being tested. The instrument will automatically deduct the additional losses affected by the DC resistance values according to the wiring method of the winding pairs, and correct the transformer load loss to the rated current and standard temperature.
The instrument has an RS-232 serial communication interface, which can be easily connected to a computer to form a transformer power characteristic (loss) testing system. All measured AC parameters are displayed on the computer screen.
