The MOEORW-WBX20 power transformer demagnetizer is a specialized device for eliminating residual magnetism in large power transformers. It features both demagnetization and demagnetization verification functions. It plays a crucial role in protecting transformers from inrush current impacts, ensuring safe operation, and extending transformer lifespan.

After operations such as voltage ratio, DC resistance measurement, and no-load testing, residual magnetism remains in the core of a power transformer. If this residual magnetism is not addressed, it can have numerous adverse effects on the transformer's relay protection devices and primary equipment. Excessive inrush current can cause the transformer to fail to close, and can also lead to mechanical vibration, causing displacement of the winding structure, affecting the transformer's lifespan, and even causing permanent damage.
