The SF6 gas purity analyzer employs a constant temperature and insulation design, which reduces the influence of sample gas temperature and ambient humidity, improving measurement accuracy. It is primarily used to measure the purity (volume/mass percentage) of SF6 in mixtures of SF6 and air, and SF6 and N2. Similarly, this series of products can also be used to measure the purity of other types of gases, such as H2 and N2 (for measuring the purity of other types of gases, the type of gas mixture must be specified before purchase).
