SF6 Density Relay Test Set

This is an intelligent SF6 density relay calibration instrument . Utilizing a high-precision pressure sensor and a high-speed A/D converter, combined with a 32-bit high-performance microprocessor, it can perform performance calibration on various SF6 density relays . It accurately measures the pressure value at the current temperature when the signal is activated , automatically converts any ambient temperature to the standard pressure at 20°C, and features printing, storage, and USB flash drive transfer functions. It also automatically identifies faults during the testing process. This product is portable , easy to operate, highly accurate, stable, and reliable, embodying the instrument 's "intelligent" characteristics.

Implementation Standards

1) This instrument uses a 32-bit ARM microcontroller and a high-speed signal processing chip from TI for detection and control, resulting in a high degree of integration. Its mechatronics design ensures high precision, good repeatability, and high reliability.

2) It is equipped with a large touchscreen English LCD human-machine interface, which is simple to operate, has a beautiful interface , and all parameters and statuses are clearly displayed.

3) It automatically completes pressure measurement and 20℃ value conversion, thus achieving dynamic automatic compensation between pressure and temperature . It also displays the pressure at the measured ambient temperature , the pressure at the ambient temperature and 20℃, and the ambient temperature. This completely solves the problem of difficult on-site calibration of SF6 density relays .

4) All testing processes are completed automatically by the instrument without manual intervention. Once set up, the process is automatically tested, and the test results are intelligently judged.

5) Configure electrical contact impedance, set value error, switching error verification function, indication error verification function, rated pressure indication error verification function, and hysteresis error verification function.

6) It can store test results in a large capacity and has a power-off data protection function. Previous test results can be queried and printed at any time.
