Product Overview

MOEORW-WQZ49 SF6 decomposition product detector adopts modular hardware design, dedicated to quantitative detection of decomposition gas inside SF6 insulated electrical equipment. The equipment integrates anti-cross interference filtration, pump-driven gas chamber purging, dynamic temperature compensation and carrier gas error correction algorithms to eliminate environmental and mixed gas interference on electrochemical sensors. After automatic self-inspection, users connect sampling pipelines and adjust gas flow to obtain real-time concentration data of target decomposition gases. All test records are stored in local memory and support data export via USB flash drive for subsequent data analysis.

Operating ambient limits: Operating temperature -20℃ ~ 50℃, relative humidity 15%~90%, atmospheric pressure 70~106kPa, power supply AC 180V~240V 50/60Hz. Storage & transit limits: Storage temperature -30℃ ~ 50℃, relative humidity ≤95%, atmospheric pressure 70~106kPa; storage environment must be free of corrosive gas.

Core Functional Characteristics

Hardware & Technical Design Layer

1.Modular detection unit combined with independent gas circuit and electric control system for convenient component replacement and maintenance.
2.Dynamic temperature compensation circuit: dual temperature sampling for sample gas and ambient environment, matched with sensor temperature characteristic curve to offset baseline drift caused by temperature fluctuation.
3.Built-in chemical filter for anti-cross interference: intercepts impurity gas before contacting electrochemical sensing electrodes to reduce cross-response deviation of multi-gas mixed measurement.
4.Pump-pressure gas chamber purging system: generates pressure difference inside the chamber by filtered dry ambient air intake to fully discharge residual sample gas, avoiding cross-contamination between multiple tests.
5.Touch screen human-machine interaction; equipped with built-in thermal printer and USB data export interface.

Performance Index Layer
1.Three-gas simultaneous detection with 0.1 µL/L ultra-fine resolution and ≤60 s fast response.
2.Classified precision and repeatability standards for low and high concentration intervals to guarantee consistent detection accuracy under full measurement range.
3.Automatic 5-minute self-inspection & zero calibration upon power-on to reduce manual debugging steps.

Practical Application Value Layer
1.Automatic gas purging function to protect electrochemical sensors from over-concentration decomposition gas corrosion and extend sensor service life.
2.Local data storage, single-record printing, USB batch export as CSV format for offline data archiving.
3.Full data management modules including historical record query, single record deletion, full memory formatting and device parameter information viewing.
4.Independent zero calibration function for re-zeroing after incomplete purging to eliminate long-term sensor drift error

Application Fields

The detector is designed for quantitative analysis of SF6 decomposition gas, widely deployed in the following industrial sectors:
1.Power industry: Routine inspection and fault diagnosis of SF6 circuit breakers, GIS, transformers and other insulated power equipment.
2.Chemical & gas manufacturing: Quality testing of high-purity SF6 finished products and gas storage tank monitoring.
3.National defense, metallurgy and steel industries: SF6 gas pipeline monitoring and equipment internal insulation status detection.

Daily Maintenance & Calibration Requirements

Routine Maintenance
1.Battery Management

  • Charge the device with matched 12.6 V / 2 A charger when battery level displays zero; charge for no less than 1 hour before reuse after deep power depletion.
  • Maintain full battery state during long-term idle storage to prolong lithium battery cycle life.

2.Equipment Storage

  • Store in corrosion-free environment; close flow regulating valve gently without over-tightening to prevent valve damage.

3.Internal & External Cleaning

  • Wipe casing and touch panel with mild neutral detergent; cut off power supply before all maintenance operations to avoid electric shock and short circuit risk.
  • Flush internal and external gas pipelines regularly with pure nitrogen to eliminate dust and residual pollutants that interfere with measurement results.

Calibration Cycle
Annual full professional calibration is mandatory to sustain detection accuracy; users can deliver the unit to the manufacturer's calibration service center for paid calibration service beyond warranty.
Free repair service is provided under warranty for non-artificial failures; out-of-warranty or man-made damage issues are subject to paid maintenance.

FAQ

Q1: Non-zero readings without sample gas input after startup

A1: Residual gas from previous measurement remains in the gas chamber. Execute the built-in cleaning function first; if readings still deviate after purging, perform zero calibration with pure SF6 carrier gas.

Q2: What is the standard sampling flow during measurement and calibration?

A2: Adjust the flow valve to stabilize flow at 0.2 L/min for both formal measurement and zero calibration procedures.

Q3: When should the purging function be activated?

A3: Two scenarios: 1) Measured gas concentration exceeds sensor range; disconnect sampling pipeline and start purging immediately. 2) Complete testing and prepare for long-term storage; fully purge residual decomposition gas before packaging.

Q4: How to export stored historical data to external devices?

A4: Enter main function menu, select USB storage option and insert USB drive; the system automatically generates zh_data.csv file for data export, follow on-screen prompt to remove USB after completion.

Q5: Can I stop the purging process midway?

A5: Cancellation is allowed only when residual time is less than 7 minutes or all gas readings return to zero during purging.
