The MOEORW- W TM52 handheld analog-digital relay protection tester is designed according to the relevant technical specifications of "DL/T 624-2010 Technical Conditions for Microcomputer-based Relay Protection Test Devices". It is also based on the IEC61850 communication standard system and uses advanced computer technology to realize relay protection test devices.

It supports intelligent test template editing, allowing users to add test items at will during the testing process and save them as reusable test project files, thereby improving testing efficiency in the later stages of scheduled inspection and defect elimination .

Digital/Analog Output
It can test the merging units, protection, measurement and control devices, and intelligent terminals of digital substations, as well as simulated protection, generator-transformer units, and other devices.
Simultaneous output of analog and digital signals
It supports simultaneous output of analog signals, SV, FT3, and transmission and reception of GOOSE messages;
Multiple scanning modes
It supports testing amplitude, phase, frequency, impedance, vector, sequence, and power in manual or automatic modes, and also supports automatic variation testing in gradual, slip, and combined modes .
Security and alarms
It has overheat and overcurrent protection functions; the current source has open circuit protection and open circuit alarm functions; and the voltage source has overload and short circuit protection functions.
Virtual terminal graphical display
It supports graphical display of virtual terminals, making the data flow clear and easy to understand;
Simultaneous message sending and receiving
Supports IEC61850-9-1, IEC61850-9-2 and GOOSE optical digital message output. GOOSE signals can be transmitted and received independently, or shared with IEC61850-9-2 via a single optical Ethernet interface .

It supports FT3, FT3 extension and DL/T 282 message output, and supports 2M/4M/6M/8M/10M/15M/20M baud rate UART encoding and 5M/10M/20M Manchester encoding;

The inputs are active and passive adaptive contacts that automatically identify the input type and voltage. Channels are isolated from each other, and there is an alarm for reverse polarity. The outputs are 4 pairs of fast outputs with a response time of less than 0.1ms.
