The MOEORW-Wi900PD multi-functional partial discharge detector features a unibody design and includes six measurement channels for partial discharge: TEV, HFCT, UHF, AA, AE, and an external focused AA. It supports infrared temperature measurement, temperature and humidity detection, SF6 gas leak detection, equipment QR code recognition and management, and voiceprint analysis. Battery powered and equipped with a smartphone, it uses a built-in AI partial discharge recognition and analysis software via a mobile app to generate test reports with a single click. The main unit screen displays real-time equipment status and operating conditions, providing intuitive and efficient data analysis without the need for manual judgment.

Product Introduction

 

The multifunctional partial discharge detector can be applied to partial discharge and temperature rise detection in power systems, including insulation status and temperature rise detection of equipment such as high-voltage switchgear, ring main units, and transformers (including dry-type transformers) . It measures the health of electrical equipment by measuring partial discharge intensity, partial discharge frequency, temperature rise, and environmental noise . The instrument can also detect sound wave location and vibration . It features high sensitivity, anti-interference capabilities, clear imaging, accurate positioning, and no ghosting. It can accurately identify the precise location of various minute discharges in power equipment, adapting to different time periods and complex environments to meet various testing applications .

Detection function

1. The instrument should possess anti-interference techniques such as frequency domain filtering, time domain filtering, noise separation, and shielding isolation to effectively filter out various complex interference signals. It should also have functions such as windowing, blanking, and scale adjustment to eliminate fixed-phase interference.

2. The instrument should have two-dimensional and three-dimensional detection windows such as trend graphs, PRPD, PRPS, correlation, flight window, trend window, and discharge analysis window.

3. The instrument has the function of recording single-cycle and continuous waveform data, and can repeatedly play back the real process of on-site detection, providing data support for secondary waveform analysis.

4. The instrument is equipped with a signal spectrum database, which stores typical data of partial discharge signals caused by metal particles, corona discharge, moving electrodes, and insulation defects, as well as typical data of various noise signals (such as radar and mobile phone signals). The measured signal can be compared and analyzed with the typical spectrum data stored in the database through the "imprint comparison" function to determine and identify the signal category.
