1. The tester has a built-in industrial computer and Windows operating system. Do not frequently switch the main power on and off.
2. The device panel or back panel has a USB port, allowing hot-swapping of USB devices (such as USB flash drives). However, ensure that data transfer is complete before hot-swapping.
3. The device is equipped with a dedicated self-resetting CF card to prevent operating system corruption caused by improper shutdown, deletion or modification of files on the hard drive or desktop icons. If data must be stored on the device, please store it on the D drive. When copying data using a USB flash drive, ensure the flash drive is clean and virus-free. Do not use the flash drive to install other software programs on this system.
4. When connecting an external keyboard or mouse, do not plug it into the wrong port; otherwise, the Windows operating system will not boot properly.
5. Do not turn off the power directly while the device is in output mode, as this may cause output errors and lead to malfunctioning protection.
6. The input is compatible with both dry contacts and potentials (0-250VDC). When using live contacts, the high-potential (positive) terminal should be connected to the common COM terminal.
7. When using this instrument, do not block or close the ventilation openings of the instrument body. Generally, place the instrument upright or with the support feet open and slightly tilted.
8. Do not introduce external AC or DC power supplies into the voltage or current output jacks of the tester. Otherwise, the tester will be damaged.
9. If there is strong interference or high safety requirements, before testing, please reliably ground the grounding terminal of the power cord (3-core) or ground the device's grounding hole.
10. If interface data errors or device connection failures occur during use, you can resolve them as follows: Press the reset button downwards to reset the DSP; or exit the running program, return to the main menu, and rerun the program to restore all interface data to default values.
