Recently, the inspection equipment procurement project of Wuxi Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully reached the delivery milestone. Mr. Wang, our technical engineer, led the team to the site in Wuxi, delivering the complete set of 5kV and 50kV partial-discharge-free power frequency withstand voltage test devices manufactured by Wuhan Moen. Meanwhile, special training covering equipment theory and hands-on operation was carried out to fill the gaps in the enterprise's high-voltage insulation testing capacity and help standardize and refine the enterprise's product quality inspection.

01 On-site Delivery of Complete Equipment

The delivered 5kV & 50kV partial-discharge-free power frequency withstand voltage test device is designed for withstand voltage and partial discharge testing of electrical components, insulating materials and small complete equipment. It fully complies with national standards for high-voltage tests. Featuring low partial discharge interference, stable voltage rise, precise measurement data and safe & convenient operation, the equipment fully meets the requirements of synchronous factory insulation withstand voltage and partial discharge testing for Wuxi Pioneer Automation products. It provides one-stop solutions for withstand voltage performance verification, factory quality inspection and R&D tests of new products.

Delivery Site

Upon equipment arrival, Mr. Wang immediately carried out unpacking and inventory check, wiring and power-on commissioning. He verified all functions of the boosting system, partial discharge acquisition module and protection interlock device item by item. All indicators met the standards, and the equipment acceptance and handover were completed smoothly.

02 Special Hands-on Training by Mr. Wang

To help the enterprise's inspectors quickly master equipment principles and test procedures, Mr. Wang adopted a three-in-one training mode combining theoretical lectures, real-machine practice and on-site Q&A, with one-on-one on-site guidance throughout the whole process:

Theory Module: Explaining the working principle of partial-discharge-free withstand voltage equipment, partial discharge generation mechanism, test safety specifications and national standard evaluation criteria;

Hands-on Module: Demonstrating the full workflow including sample wiring, stepwise voltage boosting, partial discharge value reading, withstand voltage timing, emergency stop for faults and routine equipment calibration;

Q&A & Review: Analyzing test difficulties and common errors in daily testing for operators, and simulating troubleshooting methods for typical faults on site.

The training focuses on practical implementation, ensuring trainees can independently complete the full set of withstand voltage and partial discharge tests. Trainees will truly understand the principles, master operation, judge results and conduct maintenance, avoiding equipment damage and test errors caused by misoperation.
