Equipment Preparation & On-Site Delivery
Before dispatch, the team completed equipment counting, loading and quality inspection, including cable fault detectors and DC resistance testers. All tools, materials and documents were fully prepared to ensure on-site work could start immediately upon arrival.
On-Site Testing & Fault Resolution
During on-site commissioning, the team identified and addressed PT voltage deviation issues in the main transformer system, which had blocked normal testing. After on-site coordination, diagnosis, and repeated verification with the plant team, all obstacles were removed and the full capacitor tower testing was successfully completed. The team then carried out wiring removal and site cleaning in compliance with safety procedures.
Infrared Thermal Imaging & Safety Verification
Under rated operating conditions, the team performed comprehensive infrared thermal imaging scans on all key components of the capacitor tower. All measured temperatures remained within safe operating ranges, with no abnormal hot spots detected. The thermal test results fully validated the stable and safe performance of the equipment.
Technical Communication & Customer Support
The project also included on-site technical exchange covering equipment operation, routine maintenance and safe operation guidance, helping the customer improve on-site handling capacity and safety risk control.
