Product Introduction

MOEORW-XB series variable frequency series resonance test system is developed and manufactured for AC withstand voltage test of 110kV power cables, CT/PT below 330kV, 330kV GIS and neutral point of 110kV/330kV main transformer. It is widely applied to municipal & county-level power test institutes, power installation engineering companies, new energy power stations and third-party testing organizations, serving as core equipment for high-voltage handover and preventive withstand voltage tests.

The whole unit is produced and inspected in strict accordance with national & industrial standards: GB50150-2016 Standard for Electrical Equipment Handover Test of Electrical Installation Engineering, DL/T 849.6-2004 High Voltage Resonance Test Device, DL/T596-1996 Preventive Test Code for Power Equipment, GB10229.88 Reactor, IEC358 (1990 Coupling Capacitor and Capacitive Divider). Each set is equipped with complete factory inspection report, metrological calibration certificate and type test documents, which can be directly used for bidding, power grid warehouse entry and third-party acceptance.

The equipment adopts split modular reactor design with separable single reactor unit supporting flexible series & parallel connection. The total weight is only 1/10 of traditional power frequency test transformer, greatly cutting handling, storage and logistics costs, meeting demands of bulk engineering procurement and single-person operation for small construction teams.
