The MOEORW-WFC63 excitation system open-loop low current tester is a portable device specifically designed for excitation system testing. It integrates power supply, load, and waveform recording functions, providing accurate fault location and convenient operation. Product Introduction

 

The purpose of the open-loop low-current test of the excitation system is to create a simulated environment to check the basic control functions of the excitation regulator, its reliable pulse triggering capability, and the integrity of the thyristors. This includes checking whether the regulator's trigger pulses are correct and whether the thyristor power bridge can be reliably triggered. Check if the thyristor output waveform is correct.

Open-loop low-current testing of excitation systems requires an external 380V AC power supply, a resistor load with appropriate resistance and power, and a waveform recorder.
