The MOEORW-WNX90 three-phase energy meter calibration device is a high-precision meter source integrated calibration equipment with a 0.05/0.1 class, specifically designed for the testing of three-phase energy meters of class 1.0 and below.

It adopts DDS technology and ARM embedded system, with stable output, high accuracy, support for multiple test items, offline operation and large data storage capacity.

It is applicable to the verification, calibration, and factory testing of electricity meters by metrology and testing institutions, power companies, and electricity meter manufacturers.

1. It adopts an integrated meter and source structure, with a built-in 0.05-class three-phase wide-range multi-functional digital standard meter, which can read various electrical parameters of the standard meter through software.
2. It adopts the latest DDS technology, 36,000-point waveform synthesis technology, large-scale CPLD and 32-bit embedded system, and features high signal source output stability, fine adjustment and low distortion.
3. The 7-inch color touch LCD screen, equipped with the latest RAM system, displays a wide range of information, including three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, and apparent power; it can also display power vector diagrams, waveform analysis diagrams, and other functions.
4. It adopts a small, high-efficiency PWM digital power amplifier with an efficiency of over 90% and a carrier frequency of 300KHz. It has the advantages of low distortion, low heat generation, and high efficiency.
5. It has comprehensive protection functions, including voltage short-circuit alarm, current open-circuit alarm, and overload alarm.
6. Equipped with a built-in high-stability temperature-controlled crystal oscillator, it outputs 500kHz high-precision pulses, enabling testing of electricity meter clocks. When used with meter calibration management software, it can test daily timing errors, time-segment switching errors, etc. (Optional function)
7. Equipped with a 485 communication interface, it can perform various communication tests on multi-function meters. (Optional function)
8. It can automatically calibrate electricity meters according to built-in procedures without a computer and can save data from more than 10,000 meters.
9. It is equipped with a USB interface, which can automatically upgrade the program via USB flash drive; it can also export saved data; and it can be directly operated by connecting an external mouse.
