Product Overview

 

The MOEORW-WNS41 is a high-precision AC parameter testing instrument developed by Wuhan Moen Intelligent Electric Co., Ltd., adopting direct AC sampling technology to measure power frequency electrical parameters and identify wiring faults of power circuits on-site. Equipped with a 7-inch TFT color touch screen, dual power supply modes, Bluetooth wireless communication and supporting PC/Android APP data management, it is specially designed for power supply and consumption enterprises to inspect energy metering systems and relay protection secondary circuits. The equipment can automatically generate vector diagrams, calculate correction coefficients and recoverable electric quantity for miswiring scenarios, with built-in storage and multi-channel data export functions to support on-site inspection, data archiving and remote analysis.

 

Working Principle

 

The instrument adopts true RMS (RMS) sampling architecture for three independent voltage channels and three current clamp sampling channels. Voltage signals are input via Ua/Ub/Ucn terminals with 500kΩ high input impedance; current signals are collected through split-core current transformers and converted into standard low-current signals for internal DSP processing.
1.Electrical parameter calculation: Real-time calculation of voltage, current, frequency, active/reactive/apparent power and power factor based on sampled sinusoidal waveforms.
2.Wiring identification logic: Compare measured phase angles, vector relationships and phase sequences with standard three-phase three-wire/three-phase four-wire wiring models, match 336 groups (3P3L) / 672 groups (3P4L) miswiring combinations, and output corresponding power expressions and correction coefficients.
3.Data communication & storage: Local data cached and stored in internal memory; data transmitted to PC via RS232/USB flash drive or to Android terminals via Bluetooth for real-time monitoring, trend curve drawing and unbalance analysis.
4.Dual power supply logic: Auto-switch between PT voltage side AC power supply (80V~480V) and built-in 7600mAh lithium battery; auto screen saver and auto power-off functions activate under no signal/idle conditions to extend battery life.
