SF6 Gas Purity Analyzer For Power Station

The MOEORW-WQZ11 SF₆ gas purity analyzer adopts constant temperature thermal insulation design to eliminate interference caused by sample gas temperature and ambient humidity, delivering stable and high-precision gas concentration measurement. It is engineered to test volume/mass percentage purity of SF₆ mixed with air or nitrogen; customized gas mixture measurement (e.g., H₂-N₂) is available upon pre-order notification of target gas combinations. Dual power supply modes support both fixed-site AC operation and field portable battery measurement. Equipped with a color touch graphical human-machine interface, integrated pressure stabilization and flow control components, the unit realizes automatic self-calibration, data storage, printing and U-disk data export, serving quantitative gas analysis demands across multiple industrial sectors.

Standard Operating Procedures
1.Power on the unit and wait for 5 minutes automatic self-calibration before formal data reading; blockage of the gas outlet is prohibited to avoid measurement deviation.
2.Adopt polished stainless steel or PTFE tubing for gas connection; shorten pipeline length and select large inner diameter tubing to maintain stable flow at 0.2 L/min.
3.For purity calibration: Introduce SF₆ gas with purity above 99.99%, adjust flow to 0.2 L/min, confirm stable readings and press Confirm to complete calibration.
4.After measurement, save records with equipment serial number, print data locally or export all historical data to U-disk as CSV files.
 

Daily Maintenance Requirements
1.Deploy the instrument within specified ambient temperature and humidity range; avoid direct sunlight exposure and rainwater intrusion.
2.Ensure sufficient heat dissipation space around the unit; prevent collision, severe vibration, dust, corrosive gas and liquid ingress.
3.Disconnect AC power cord when the instrument is stored long-term; monitor the whole charging process during external power charging.
4.Unauthorized disassembly, modification of internal components or wiring will void product warranty.
5.Forbid measurement of toxic and corrosive gas samples.
