MOEORW-WQM80 is an all-in-one self-pressurizing calibrator with built-in air storage tank and electric booster pump, eliminating external gas cylinder configuration for field testing. The device adopts 32-bit ARM control system and imported high-precision pressure sensors with Class 0.1 measurement accuracy, realizing fully automatic inflation, pressure stabilization and deflation cycles without manual air source adjustment. It integrates density relay contact verification, indication error test and contact resistance measurement functions, automatically converting real-time ambient pressure to standard P20 value. The built-in pump auto-supplements pressure when tank pressure is insufficient during testing, suitable for remote outdoor sites without portable gas cylinders, widely applied in unattended substation inspection and heavy-duty batch calibration work.
