Product Overview

 

MOEORW-WQM30is an embedded microprocessor-based intelligent calibrator developed for SF6 density relay performance verification, complying with DL/T 259-2012 standard. The device automatically converts measured pressure under arbitrary ambient temperature to the standard pressure at 20°C, eliminating manual temperature compensation calculation errors. It supports alternative gas media including N₂, Air, O₂ and CO₂ instead of pure SF₆ to avoid toxicity, high cost and environmental pollution of SF₆ decomposition products. Dual measurement channels enable simultaneous calibration of two density relays, compatible with most mainstream SF6 electrical equipment without relay disassembly via matched transition joints. The integrated touch display, built-in thermal printer and large-capacity storage realize full-automatic testing, data recording and on-site report output for power preventive test, factory inspection and daily maintenance of SF6 high-voltage apparatus.
