Product Introduction

 

MOEORW-WPi60 tank-type SF6 gas insulated power frequency partial discharge-free test device (GTU series gas-insulated test transformer system, also matching MEXB-132kVA/66kV variable frequency resonance withstand voltage complete set) is a dedicated high-voltage test equipment developed for factory offline testing and on-site inspection of metal-enclosed power equipment.

 

The core component GTU non-partial discharge test transformer is fully sealed inside an SF6 gas insulated metal tank. All high-voltage components are enclosed in a closed gas chamber, with built-in capacitive high voltage divider and coupling capacitor. The system supports partial discharge test and power frequency withstand voltage test simultaneously. After installing an external SF6 high voltage bushing, it can also carry out withstand voltage tests on conventional power equipment.

 

The whole system complies with ISO9001 quality system, national electrical standards and VDE0104 safety specification. It is equipped with digital integrated control console, compensation reactor, isolation transformer and voltage regulator, realizing automatic pressure regulation, timing withstand test and multi-protection interlock functions. It can realize multi-channel test interface switching through built-in high-voltage isolating switch, and can be made into fixed workshop type or vehicle-mounted mobile test system.
